Hi! I'm Katia. I'm a mathematician working in Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory using Functional Analysis and Spectral Theory.
Currently, I am a Mathematics PhD candidate at the University of Michigan, my advisor is Ralf Spatzier.
I received my bachelor's and master's degrees in Mathematical Physics from St. Petersburg State University, Russia. Before joining Michigan, I was a junior researcher at the Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and at the Chebyshev Laboratory at St. Petersburg State University, where I did research in Mathematical Physics and Asymptotic Analysis.
