Amity Mutual Support Society was established in 1996. It is the first self-help organisation that is composed of individuals in recovery in Hong Kong. It aims at promoting the spirit of self-help and mutual assistance of people in recovery, encouraging them to fight for their reasonable rights and promoting their social integration. Through promotion and education, various courses and activities, the foundation hopes to strengthen the relationship between members and assist them in dealing with rehabilitation issues, proactively promoting the significance of mutual assistance and raising the public's awareness and acceptance on them.

Hong Wai (Charity) Funding Limited was established in 2015 as a tax-exempt charity.With the widening of wealth disparity between the rich and the poor, along with growing ageing population, attention given to the disadvantaged groups has been diminishing. Hence, with the aim of helping the disadvantaged and caring for the elderly, the foundation hopes to bring them some warmth through providing various services to single-parent families, low-income families, the elderly and CSSA recipients.The foundation aspires to improve the general quality of life of the grassroots and help them to build a better living environment through different activities and services, with the help of donations from citizens.
