Cherry Dash is a casual 2D platformer centered entirely on the dash mechanic of the player. This is a short, single-player game with 5 levels. Learn new ways to navigate with interactable objects as you search for the cherry that will progress you in the game!Â
This game was created as a solo project for the class "Digital Media I: Game Design with Unity". All art assets come from here.

Programmed the character controller to recognize different inputs, different conditions and game states
Programmed all animations for character and objects
Designed every level to implement a new mechanic or object and progress in difficulty
Centered dash mechanic around every new mechanic/object/interaction to ensure focus in the game
Created title and win screens to make game feel seamless and more complete (was not a requirement for project)
