Regardless of the scope of the project, I strive to design learning that motivates people to action and skills development.  I focus on blending business goals with learner centric design because people are at the heart of every business endeavor; the growth of any enterprise ties back to the people whose work pushes the business forward. I have significant experience working with Management and Subject Matter Experts to find learning solutions that meet their vision, and in directing learner progress through insightful leadership.
