Shashank Sheshar Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, South Asian University, New Delhi, India. Prior to that, he also worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET), Patiala, Punjab, and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bennett University, Greater Noida, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, and he completed his M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has published more than 65 peer-reviewed scientific papers in well-known journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Computing, IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, IEEE Access, ACM Computing Surveys, ACM Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data, ACM Transactions on the Web, Information Fusion, Information Sciences, Applied Soft Computing, Knowledge-Based Systems, and more. He is also serving on the Editorial Board of the Scientific Reports and Frontiers in Education. His research interests include social media, complex networks, quantum computing, data mining, image processing, and computational intelligence.
