Collaborated with 5 teammates to analyze the award application portal and identify areas for improvement

As a team, we:

• Created a business context diagram, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Elicited requirements through observation, benchmarking, contextual research, and user interviews

• Presented interview findings with an empathy map and a persona

• Validated stakeholder requirements through an elicitation workshop.
