What I have Learned in this course can be briefly in following sentences:
Almost all the companies might go through some organizational changes but only a few companies can implement those changes successfully.
The failure in change implementation can be based on planning to implement multiple changes simultaneously in the companies, not prioritizing the changes, not communicating appropriately with the employees or not engaging them with the change objectives. As a result, mutual engagement is one of the most important elements in implementing change successfully.
Different change management models can be great tools that help companies to implement any changes in the organization step by step.
Managing and planning the change need to be match with the company's structure, culture, and resources.
The role of the Leadership in communicating, leading, monitoring, and stabilizing the change is one the most critical aspects that can lead a change to failure or success.
