Though we will not be returning to school to finish the 2019-2020 school year that doesn’t mean we don’t get to have fun and stay active.
You have the option to run, walk, bike a 10K (6.2 miles), a Half Marathon (13.1 miles), or a full Marathon (26.2 miles). Circle the challenge you choose on the next page.
The time period to complete the challenge will be from Saturday, April 25th to Friday, May 22.
Once you complete the challenge that you selected post a picture of your completed form to SeeSaw! I encourage you to keep going and see how many miles you can run, walk, bike over the summer!
Keep track of your mileage on the calendar provided
Encourage others to train with you (friends, parents, siblings, family, etc.).
Always make sure an adult is with you.
In the box provided for each day on the calendar write how who you exercised with, and whether you ran, walked, or biked your miles.
Total up how many running partners you had in the space provided at the top of the calendar.
If you’re unable to print this document, write a journal with the following information: date that you run, how many miles, friends or family that you ran with, how many total people you ran with, and your total mileage.
As a SHARK in this event you are expected to be:
SAFE: Run on the sidewalk, during daylight hours.
HONEST: Mark only the days that you ran and how far you ran.
ACCOUNTABLE: This is YOUR challenge; it is your responsibility to run without being told to by your parents.
RESPECTFUL: Encourage others to run with you but be kind to them if they have difficulty completing the runs with you.
KIND: You should always be kind in everything you do.

Start at the intersection of Claywoods Pkwy & White Oak Ln - Head South
Take a right, heading West on Claywoods Dr
Take a right and head North/Northeast on White Oak Ln.
ALSO:
3 1/3 Laps around the track on the playground equals 1 mile - Practice Social Distancing of 6+ feet distance between you and another person.
