シェアハウス「かいなん」は自由で元気な自分を取り戻したい方のためのシェアハウスです。出身や過去は問いません。「元気な自分になりたい」が入居条件です。まずはゆっくりと過ごしましょう。一日中部屋にこもっていてもかまいません。アルバイトやパートに行ってもかまいません。管理人から必要以上にお声がけをすることもありませんが、相談してくだされば全力でサポートいたします。

白を基調にした明るい清潔な住環境をご提供します。小さいながらも中庭があり日本家屋独自の良さのある落ち着いた環境です。田舎過ぎず都会過ぎない。そんな街の雰囲気があります。共有部分としては、キッチン、リビング、風呂、トイレ、入居者や地域の方々の交流やプロジェクター上映もできるワークスペースも用意しています。共有PC・共有プリンター・TV・冷蔵庫・炊飯器・電子レンジ・ガスコンロ・電気ポット・調理器具・食器・洗濯機・掃除機・アイロン・ミシン・シェア自転車・工具類・文房具類などの共有部分の家電家具備品は一式揃っております。光高速インターネット回線(Wi-Fi)も利用可能です。また共益費で基本的な生活消耗品や調味料、お茶、各種洗剤、ネット回線費や各種保険、電気・ガス・水道代、共有品の購入/保守などを賄いますので、手荷物一つで入居でき、生活費を抑えながら快適な暮らしが可能です。（共益費は市場価格の変動により変動する可能性もあります）

Room features / equipment

Share house "Kainan" is a share house for those who want to regain your freedom and energy. We don't matter where you come from and your past. Our condition for moving-in is just "regain yourself". Take your time and rest. We don't mind staying in my room all day. You can go out for work part-time or just take arround. We will not ask you any more questions than necessary, but if you want to do that, we will do our best to support you. We offer a bright and clean living environment based on white. Athough it is small, but we have a traditional Japanese style house and have a countyard. The atomosphere of townscape is not too rural but not too urban.

The common facilities  are; Kitchen, Japanese style living room, bath, toilet, and a workspace for residents and local residents, Projector, Shared PC, shared printer, TV, Refrigerator, Rice cooker, Microwave ovens, Gas kitchen, Electric pot, Cooking utensils, Tableware, Washing machines, Cleaners, Irons, Sewing machines, Shared bicycle, tools, stationery, and other shared home appliances. A complete set of furniture and accessories is provided. High-speed internet access (Wi-Fi) is also available. In addition, the common charge for month will cover basic daily necessities; seasonings, tea, various detergents, internet line fee, various insurances, electricity, gas, water bills, and purchase and maintanace of shered items, etc., You can move in with just one hand luggage.You can live comfortably while saving your living costs down. (Common charge for month may change due to market price fluctuations)

入居について

随時入居が可能で、最大で8名までの居住が可能です。基本的に手荷物一つで入居できる環境を整えます。入居には月額家賃＋共益費1.5万円/月が必要です。参加自由のイベント、交流会、傾聴会など。また、夢のためや将来のために頑張りたい。という入居者様には、外部講師の方によるビジネスセッションなどの機会も予定しております。また、時にはリラックスできる環境も必要です。シェアハウス「かいなん」は地域社会に貢献し、多様な入居者様が安心して生活できる環境を提供することを目指しています。生きづらさを感じている方。今は元気がないけど、もう一度元気になりたい方。夢を追い求める方。へのサポートと、リラックスできる交流の場を管理人が全力でサポートいたします。

About moving in

You can move in at any time and can accommodate up to 8 people. To move in, a monthly room fee + common charge of 15,000 yen/month is required. We are also planning opportunities such as free-to-participate events, networking sessions, and business sessions with external instructors. Basically, our residents are those who want to work  for your dreams and the future, but sometimes you need an environment where you can relax. The share house "Kainan" aims to contribute to the local community and provide an environment where a variety of residents can live with peace of mind.

環境について

和歌山市の隣町。海南市黒江地区（船尾）に当シェアハウスはあります。周りは古くからの街並みが続く一方で、徒歩圏内に大型スーパーなどの商業施設、コンビニなどがあります。シェアハウスの近くには昔ながらの銭湯（徒歩１分以内）もあり、地域の皆様に愛されている地区です。自転車（無料貸し出し）でビーチまで10分程。市営の大型図書館も徒歩10分程の距離です。静かで穏やかな住環境と生活に便利な環境が整った地域です。なお最寄り駅はJR海南駅（自転車10分程）もしくはJR黒江駅（自転車5分程）になります。JR海南駅からJR和歌山駅までは15分程。大阪（天王寺）までは1時間程の距離です。

Environment

Kainan city is located in next to Wakayama city. Our share house is located on Kuroe area ( Funao ) of kainan city. This are is surrounded by old Japanese townscape but also there are many commercial facilities such as large supermarkets and convenience stores within walking distance. There is also an old-fashioned public bath (within a 1-minute walk) near the share house, which is loved by everyone in this area. It takes about 10 minutes to the beach by bicycle. A large municipal library is also about a 10-minute walk away. It is an area with a quiet and peaceful living environment and a convenient environment for living. The nearest stations are JR Kainan Station (about 10 minutes by bicycle) or JR Kuroe Station (about 10 minutes by bicycle). It takes about 10 minutes from JR Kainan Station to JR Wakayama Station. It is about 45 minutes away from Osaka (Tennoji).

Born in Ibaraki Prefecture, lives in Wakayama Prefecture.

Engaged in quality control, marketing, and product development at a manufacturer. Has experience working overseas ( US and China ).

I suffered from depression and engaged in volunteer activities such as renovating japanese old folk houses, group homes for people with disabilities, after-school day services for disability kids , and children's cafeterias.
