敷金礼金等は必要ありません。入居している間だけお支払いください。なお月額家賃の他に共益費1.5万円/月がかかります。（例：月額家賃：1.5万円/月＋共益費1.5万円/月＝3万円/月）（共益費は市場価格の変動により変動する可能性もあります）
How much does it cost for month ?
No deposit & gratuity fee is required. You have to pay room monthly room charge/month and monthly common charge of 15,000yen/month while you are living. (EX ; monthly room charge 15,000yen/month + monthly common charge 15,000yen/month = Total : 30,000yen/month) (Monthly Common charge may change due to market price fluctuations)
最低６か月は入居していただくことをおすすめいたします。管理人の経験上、入居者の方にゆっくりと休んで元気になっていただくには、半年から一年程の時間を要します。「焦らずご自分のペースでゆっくりと時間を過ごすこと」が、何よりも大切です。また退去に関してはその１か月前までに管理人に申し伝え下さい。
Do you have minimun period of living in share house ?
We recomend that you live in our share house at least 6 months. With my experience as a manager of this kind of share house, it takes about 6 months to a year for residents to rest and regain yourself. The most importnat thing is " Do not rush, spend your time at your pace". Please let your manager known at least one month in advance when you are move out.
必要な調理器具は取り揃えておりますが、お食事の提供は致しません。家庭菜園でご自分で育てた野菜や釣ってきたお魚、近くのスーパー等で購入した食材でご自分で調理してください。また、簡単なお食事でしたら管理人が用意させていただくこともできます。なお、入居者同士が食材を出し合いお食事をシェアしたり、お食事を介した入居者同士の交流もシェアハウスの魅力の一つだと考えます。
Will meals be provided ?
We have the necessary cooking utensils, but we don't provide meals. Cook your own meals using vegetables which you grew in planter garden, fish you caught, or purchased at a nearby supermarket.Besides, your manager can prepare simple meals when you requested.Plus,We believe that one of the point of a shared house is that residents share meals that you made and enjoy your time.
可能です。管理人は今まで全国各地からの入居者を受け入れてきた経験があります。手荷物一つで駆け込む方もいらっしゃいました。入居者の方の出身や過去は問いません。最低限生活に必要なものは揃っております。ゆっくり休んで元気になりたい。その気持ちが入居条件です。
I am not living in nearby, Can I move to share house soon ?
Yes. You can. The manager has experience in accepting residents from all over the country. Some people rushed in with only one piece of luggage. We do not care about the origin or past of the resident. We have prepared the minimum necessities for living.
障がいには知的障がい/精神障がい/身体障がいと大きく３つに分類されます。障がいの程度にもよりますが、知的障がい/精神障がいの方は、基本的に入居可能です。なお身体障がいの方は、シェアハウスのバリアフリー化が完成していないため身体障がいの程度によっては入居をお断りさせていただくこともあります。なお、管理人自身も精神障がいの当事者です。
I have a disability, Can I move in share house ?
Disabilities are broadly classified into three categories: intellectual-disabilities, mental-disabilities, and physical-disabilities. It depends on the degree of your disability. People with intellectual-disabilities,mental-disabilities are generally able to move in. But People with physical-disability, you may be refused, depending on the degree of your physical-disability. Because, our shared house has not yet been made for barrier-free. Besides, the manager is also a person with a mental-disability.
可能です。当シェアハウスはジェンダー等の多様性を持った方々の入居も歓迎致します。管理人はLGBT（当時はそのような言い方はしませんでしたが）に対し30年以上の理解をもっております。なお、管理人はノンケです。
I am LGBT, Can I move in share house?
Yes. You can. This share house welcomes people with diversity in terms of gender etc.The manager has had over 30 years of understanding of LGBT people (though we did not use that word at the time). The manager is straight.
可能です。入居者は他の入居者との交流を図る意味でも、日本語もしくは英語が話せる方、もしくはそれらを勉強する意思のある方が望ましいです。なお、管理人は英語と少しの中国語が話せます。
I am a foreigner, Can I move in share house ?
Yes.You can. In order to interact with other residents, It is desirable for you to be able to speak Japanese or English, or to be willing to learn Japanese.The manager can speak English and some Chinese.
可能です。毎月の入居費＋共益費のお支払いが可能な方でしたら、職の有無や職の内容は問いません。現在フルタイムで働かれている方の入居も可能です。また、親御さんやご親戚の方からの入居相談も受付いたします。就職を希望される方への就業支援の相談にも全力で応じます。
I am unemployed, NEET, part-time worker, or welfare living, Can I move in share house ?
Yes. You can. As long as you can pay the monthly room charge/month + common charge/month, it doesn't matter whether you have a job or not, and what type of job you do. It is also possible for weople who have full-time work. We also accept inquiries from parents and relatives. We will do our best to provide employment support consultations to those who wish to find employment.

I am currently undergoing treatment for an illness, Can I move in share house ?
Yes. You can. However, as our share house is not a medical facility, we will need to consider the severity of your illness and a doctor's opinion. We will do our best to accommodate you, please feel free to contact us.

Can couples live together in share house ?
Monthly room charge is charged per one room, but monthly common charge are charged per person (EX; 2 people live in one room: (monthly room charge ) + (monthly common charge) x 2). Please enjoy your stay and be mindful of manners so as not to cause inconvenience to other residents. (We do not accept couples in dormitory rooms, but private room only.)

Can single-parent family live in share house ?

We also ask that the mother/father be responsible for looking after your kids. We will do our best to accommodate you, please feel free to contact us. (We do not accept single-parent family in dormitory rooms, but private room only.)
入居者のご家族やご友人等のお客様の宿泊、入居希望者の短期体験宿泊が可能ですが、最大6泊/7日までとし、運営協力金として3,000円/泊の運営寄付をお願いいたします。
Is it possible for people non-residents to stay ?
Yes. You can. We accept guests such as family and friends of residents, as well as short-term trial stays for people who wish to become residents, but the maximum stay is 6 nights/7 days. And Please let me ask a donation 3,000yen/night for our share house.
身近な人が亡くなった際に悲観（グリーフ）に暮れたり喪失感に苦しむ遺族に寄り添い、悲しみから立ち直るように行うケアのことを指します。グリーフケアの一環としての入居も歓迎致します。乗り越えることはとても難しく、これから先も生きていくための方法を個別に考えていかなければなりません。グリーフケアアドバイザー２級のケアラーが常駐しております。お話を聞かせてください。生きていく方法を共に考えましょう。なお管理人にもグリーフがあります。
What is the meaning of grief care?
It refers to care that supports bereaved families who are drowning in grief or suffering from a sense of loss when a loved one passes away, and helping them recover from their grief. We also welcome residents who wish to stay as part of our grief care program. It is very difficult to overcome, and we must think individually about how to continue living in the future. We have a carer with a grief care advisor level 2. Please tell us your story. Let's think together about how to live. The manager is also having a grief.
紙巻きたばこ・電子タバコ等にかかわらずシェアハウス内は禁煙です。外に喫煙所を設けておりますのでそちらでお楽しみください。
飲酒は共用部分、個室共に可能ですが、医師等に止められている方、節度のある飲み方ができない方の飲酒は禁止します。障がいや依存症をお持ちの方で世話人の監視の元での飲酒が認められている方は、管理人と一緒に飲みましょう。ちなみに管理人は酎ハイ党です。
Can I smoke? Can I drink alcohol?
Smoking is prohibited inside the share house, whether it be cigarettes or e-cigarettes. We have a smoking area outside, please enjoy at there.
Drinking alcohol is permitted in both the common areas and private rooms. But drinking is prohibited for those who have been advised by a doctor or who cannot drink with your own responsibly. If you have a disability or addiction and are allowed to drink alcohol under the supervision of a manager, please drink with your manager. By the way, the manager is a big fan of chuhai.

Is share house need for volunteer staff ?
We are looking for volunteer staff who can help with interacting with our residents and listening to them. We hope that our share house can be a place where people can find a place to rest for those who find life difficult. We welcome visits from the local community and volunteer staff.
