These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ShareDrop mobile

application ("ShareDrop", "the app").

This application is developed and maintained by "MD Developer Studio", which

serves as the official merchant for this application and is legally owned by

"MITUL VINUBHAI DONDA".

By installing or using ShareDrop you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,

do not use the app.

1. WHAT SHAREDROP DOES

ShareDrop transfers files between your Android phone and another nearby device

over your local Wi-Fi network or a hotspot created by your phone. The receiving

device opens a web page served by your own phone; no application is required on

the receiving device.

ShareDrop is not a cloud storage service, a backup service, or a messaging

service. It does not keep copies of your files.

2. LICENCE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to

use ShareDrop on devices you own or control, for your own lawful purposes.

You may not:

  - copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative

    works from the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;

  - rent, lease, sell, sublicense or redistribute the app;

  - remove or obscure any notice of ownership or any advertising the app

    displays;

  - use the app to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to any

    network or device.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU TRANSFER

You are solely responsible for the files you send and receive.

You agree not to use ShareDrop to transfer material that is unlawful, that

infringes copyright or any other right, that contains malware, or that you do

not have the right to share. We do not see, review, filter or moderate what

passes between devices, and we cannot recover, restore or delete it for you.

You are responsible for confirming the identity of the device you approve

before sending anything. Anyone who scans your QR code and whom you approve can

download the items you have selected for that session.

4. ADVERTISING

ShareDrop is free and supported by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. By

using the app you agree that advertising will be displayed. We do not control

and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for

any site or product they lead to. Interacting with an advertisement is a matter

between you and the advertiser.

How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. PERMISSIONS

Certain Android permissions must be granted for the app to function; these and

the reason for each are described in our Privacy Policy. Where a permission is

optional, declining it disables only the related feature.

6. AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time. Updates

may be delivered through Google Play, and some updates may be required for the

app to keep working.

7. NO WARRANTY

ShareDrop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind,

express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness

for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that transfers will always succeed, that they will be

uninterrupted or error-free, or that the app is compatible with every device,

Android version, browser or network configuration. Transfer speed and

reliability depend on your network and your devices, which are outside our

control.

Keep your own backup of anything important. We are not responsible for files

that are lost, corrupted, incomplete or overwritten.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio and Mitul Vinubhai

Donda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential

or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, revenue or

goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the

app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be

excluded or limited.

9. THIRD PARTIES

The app is distributed through Google Play and displays advertising through

Google AdMob. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's own

terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.

10. TERMINATION

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at

any time by uninstalling the app.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in

connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the

courts of Surat,Gujarat, India.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with

a new "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the app after that means you

accept the revision.
