ShareDrop Terms of Use
Effective date: 23 October 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the ShareDrop app (“the app”) made by Nextpixel Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Apple’s standard licence agreement
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”):

These Terms add to the Apple EULA. If the two conflict, the Apple EULA applies.
2. What ShareDrop does
ShareDrop lets you:
send and receive photos, videos and files with nearby devices over your local Wi‑Fi or Personal Hotspot;
share through AirDrop and the iOS share sheet;
compress photos and videos;
scan documents.
Transfers happen directly between devices. We do not store your files on our servers.
3. Free features and Premium
Some features are free, including sending photos, receiving files, scanning documents and viewing your history. The free plan also includes one photo or video compression per day.
Other features need ShareDrop Premium, including sending videos and other files, sending folders and unlimited compression.
We may add, change or remove features over time.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Premium is available as an auto‑renewing subscription (weekly or monthly) or as a one‑time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Free trials: if a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Auto‑renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Managing or cancelling: you can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds: all purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring purchases: use Restore purchases in the app (Settings or the Premium screen) to restore Premium on a new or reinstalled device with the same Apple ID.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
send content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
use the app to send illegal, harmful or abusive content;
try to access devices or sessions that are not yours, or guess PINs;
copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows.
You are responsible for the files you send and receive and for choosing who you share with.
6. Local network sharing
Nearby sharing works only while both devices are on the same network and the app stays open.
Each session is protected by a PIN. Transfers use standard HTTP on your local network and are not end‑to‑end encrypted, so only share on networks you trust.
Transfer speed and reliability depend on your network and devices.
7. Your data

8. Third‑party services
The app relies on services from Apple (App Store, AirDrop, the share sheet, Apple Intelligence) and RevenueCat (purchase processing). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
9. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be error‑free or uninterrupted, or that transfers will always succeed. Keep backups of important files.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nextpixel Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, files or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
