I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, and I completed my PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto.

My research focuses on gender and work (including the motherhood penalty, the gender pay gap, and workplace practices) and the labor movement (examining conflict within and across organizations, as well as collective bargaining).
