At Shangos Seeds, we’re all about helping youth and families grow through learning, doing, and community.
Our workshops teach practical skills, build confidence, and help young people find their purpose.
Ages: 9–14
Duration: Two 2-hour sessions
Focus: Confidence, independence, and real-world skills
Our signature life skills workshop helps young men build everyday independence. Participants learn cooking basics, ironing, sewing, and how to tie a tie—all in a supportive, hands-on environment that encourages confidence and self-respect.

The Pallet Project brings people together to repurpose wooden pallets into useful and creative items—like planters, benches, and small furniture. It’s about taking something simple and turning it into something meaningful, just like we do in our community every day.
