Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care in a community-based teaching hospital.

• Manage endocrine emergencies including DKA, HHS, thyroid storm, myxedema coma, and TPP.

• Provide outpatient diabetes and thyroid care, including insulin titration, CGM interpretation, medication optimization, and complication screening.

• Collaborate with CDCES for inpatient and outpatient diabetes education and discharge planning.

• Gained experience in thyroid ultrasound (USG) and fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC).
