KurdPoly ("the Game") is developed by Raman Babakr. This policy explains how information is used to provide the Game. Features described below apply when they are available in the version you use.
Information We Collect and Use
Account identifiers: Apple or Google sign-in is handled through authentication services. If you choose hosted Unity Player Accounts sign-in, Unity processes your email address and creates a Unity Player Account identifier for authentication and account management. The Game uses a player identifier to recognize your account and restore progress. Guest play also uses a player identifier and does not require an email address. Editing your display name and avatar is optional; your email address is not shown to other players.
Profile information: Your display name, avatar and ranking information may be visible to other players. Choosing a custom photo is optional. In the version with photo review, you first agree to its public visibility and the community rules. The Game creates a small JPEG thumbnail, removes embedded photo metadata, and uploads that copy to private Unity Cloud Save storage. It does not upload the original full-size photo or your whole photo library. A pending image is held for review and is not displayed to ordinary players. Raman Babakr reviews the exact image and can approve or reject it. Only the current approved image is shared through authenticated game functions. Approval does not make an image confidential: other players can copy or report it. You can withdraw your custom photo and use a built-in avatar instead. An older approved image may remain visible while you submit a replacement. In older released versions, custom thumbnails may be stored as public profile data. These existing records may remain accessible through older game versions or the public profile-data service until deletion is completed. Withdrawing a reviewed photo does not automatically remove a legacy public thumbnail; contact us to request removal of both copies. An owner can contact support to request migration and review of an imported copy; the version with photo review does not include an in-game legacy-import button. Legacy photos are not automatically approved.
Saved gameplay: Unity Gaming Services stores progress, in-game coins, achievements, collected items and selected pieces and dice. Multiplayer services process room membership, game actions, results and connection information. Server features also use this information to verify results and prevent duplicate or unauthorized rewards.
Friends and invitations: Unity's Friends service processes player identifiers, friend requests, friend connections, online status, room availability and invitations. Accepting a game invitation joins the selected waiting room. A received invitation does not automatically start a match.
Text chat: Messages you send are delivered to the selected friend or players in your match, with your player identity or display name. In the server-protected version, friend messages are stored in private Unity Cloud Save records and delivered through authenticated server functions; Unity's Friends service carries message notices. The server keeps at most 50 recent outgoing friend messages per account and shows up to 80 messages from the last seven days in a conversation. Match messages use the Game's multiplayer services and bounded match history. Older versions may use session-only friend message delivery. Chat is not confidential from the people receiving it; they can copy or report a message. Do not share passwords, payment details or other private information in chat.
Voice chat: Voice chat is not currently offered as an enabled feature. This policy will be updated with the final microphone, group-access and service details before voice chat is enabled in a released version.
Chat rules acceptance: In versions with the chat rules screen, we store the version of the rules you accepted and the acceptance time with your player identifier. This lets the game enforce those rules and ask for acceptance again when they change.
Safety reports: If you report a player, the Game sends your player identifier, the reported player's identifier, the reason, relevant conversation or match context, and the selected text message where applicable to private server storage for review. Voice reports do not include audio. Photo reports include the reference and revision of the approved image visible when it was reported. Review records include the reviewer's player identifier, the decision, review time and any review note. Reports are allegations for review and do not automatically prove misconduct. Authorized reviewers may dismiss a report, remove the exact reported photo or restrict communication after review. A communication restriction does not remove coins or prevent ordinary gameplay. You can block a friend to stop friend messages and invitations, and contact us about abusive behavior.
Notifications: If you allow notifications, Unity's notification service processes a device notification token to deliver game announcements. You can turn notifications off in device settings.
Service Providers and Data Use
We use Unity Gaming Services for authentication, saved data, friends, rankings and server game functions; Photon for multiplayer networking; and Unity Vivox where voice is enabled. These providers process information needed to operate and protect their services. Service records can include IP addresses, device or installation identifiers, login and connection records, and technical diagnostics. An IP address can indicate a general location such as a city or country; the Game does not request precise GPS location. Unity Player Accounts also handles the separate hosted sign-in account. The optional Game Analytics integration is not enabled in the version with server protection; this does not prevent service providers from processing their own operational records. Account, saved data and reports are transferred to cloud services over encrypted connections. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country.
Provider privacy information: Unity — https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy ; Photon — https://www.photonengine.com/terms/privacyandcookiepolicy . Provider practices and retention are described in those policies.
We do not show advertisements, sell personal information or use it for advertising. In-game coins have no real-world value and cannot be purchased with real money.
Retention, Access and Deletion
Account and saved game data remain while you use the account unless you request deletion. Custom-photo storage keeps at most one pending and one approved thumbnail per account. A replaced or rejected pending thumbnail is removed from the active photo record. A withdrawn custom photo is removed from that record. Legacy public thumbnails can remain until an owner requests deletion, including when a separate copy has been submitted for review. Review metadata and report evidence may remain with the account records as described below. Recent message history is limited in the Game. Friend messages more than seven days old are excluded from conversations, and expired stored messages are removed when the sender next sends a message. There is currently no scheduled purge, so excluded messages can remain in a private record until it is next updated or deleted. Service providers may retain service records under their own retention policies. Pending reports are stored with the reporting account until review or account deletion. Resolved reports more than 90 days old are removed when that account next submits a report; there is currently no scheduled report purge. Relevant game routing or records connected to other participants may remain while their match or report is active; deleting your account does not erase another person's account or copies they made.
Request account deletion from the Game's profile panel or email raman2003babakr@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and your in-game nickname or player identifier. Do not send your password. We may need to verify the account before removing data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion covers your profile photo and avatar, display name, saved progress, coins, collected items, achievements and rankings associated with the account. The server blocks use of a deleted account. A small private deletion record retains the player identifier used to locate profile identity data and photo storage, plus reservation/deletion timestamps, so a name/avatar write or photo upload that completes late can be located during a later cleanup check. Later checks are performed when an authorized reviewer requests cleanup; there is currently no scheduled cleanup. The record contains no photo, display name, avatar selection, password or chat message. This routing record currently has no automatic expiry. A completed request or blocked access is not a guarantee that every delayed provider operation or provider backup has been physically erased. Contact us about retained deletion records or an incomplete deletion request. We will also coordinate relevant service-provider access or deletion requests when necessary. You may use the same email to request access or correction.
In versions using per-player coin protection, the server keeps access-control rules linked to your player identifier and restricted service paths. These rules prevent older app versions from changing protected saved balances. They contain no photo, display name, password or chat message. During account preparation, a fixed harmless test marker may be stored while the restrictions take effect. These security rules and any remaining test markers are included in our manual deletion checks. We keep access restrictions in place until account deletion has been confirmed and existing access tokens can no longer be used. Cleanup is performed by the owner after those checks; there is currently no scheduled cleanup or automatic expiry of these rules. Contact us about retained security records or an incomplete deletion request.
Separate Unity Player Account
Deleting your KurdPoly game account or saved data does not by itself delete the external Unity Player Account used for hosted sign-in. To request deletion of that separate account, visit https://player-account.unity.com/delete-account . For data disclosure or privacy requests about that account, contact unity-player-login-privacy@unity3d.com . Deleting an external sign-in account can affect access to other games or services that use it. For KurdPoly game data, use the in-game deletion option or the KurdPoly contact address below.
Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.
