Delete Your Account and Data — KurdPoly

You can request deletion inside KurdPoly: open your profile from the main menu, choose Delete Account, and confirm. The game will ask for confirmation because deletion removes your account and saved progress. If the operation fails, follow the message shown in the game or contact us for help.

You can also email raman2003babakr@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Account”. Include your player identifier or in-game nickname so we can locate and verify the account. Do not send your password, verification codes or payment information. If a nickname does not uniquely identify an account, we may ask for additional account verification.

What is deleted

Deletion covers the account and its associated saved profile, display name, uploaded profile photo and avatar data, game progress, in-game coins, collected items, achievements and rankings. Where the version you use stores chat messages or safety reports with your account, those account records are included in the deletion process. Deletion also covers pending and approved custom thumbnails and legacy profile-photo records. The server blocks use of a deleted account. A small private routing record retains the player identifier used to locate profile identity data and photo storage, plus reservation/deletion timestamps for later checks of name/avatar writes or photo uploads that complete late. Later checks are performed when an authorized reviewer requests cleanup; there is currently no scheduled cleanup. The record contains no image, display name, avatar selection, password or chat message and currently has no automatic expiry. A completed request or blocked access does not guarantee that every delayed provider operation or provider backup has been physically erased. Contact us about retained deletion records or an incomplete request.

Separate Unity Player Account

Deleting your KurdPoly game account or saved data does not by itself delete the external Unity Player Account used for hosted sign-in. To request deletion of that separate account, visit https://player-account.unity.com/delete-account . For data disclosure or privacy requests about that account, contact unity-player-login-privacy@unity3d.com . Deleting an external sign-in account can affect access to other games or services that use it. For KurdPoly game data, use the in-game deletion option or the KurdPoly contact address on this page.

Information connected to other players

Deletion does not remove another player's account or copies of messages or audio that other participants have independently kept. Relevant routing or records connected to another participant's active match or report may remain until that activity is resolved. We will coordinate relevant service-provider deletion requests when necessary.

Timing and help

In-game deletion is processed when the services complete the request. Requests made by email will be processed within 30 days after we receive and verify them. You can contact the same address for access or correction requests and to report a deletion problem.
