PDF Invoice to Dashboard

I tackled that challenge head-on by building a complete analytics system, starting from a simple sales invoice PDF and ending with a fully automated dashboard that empowers business decisions.

The goal was to extract, clean, and analyze sales and collection data to provide management and sales teams with real-time insights into performance, commissions, and payment collection progress.
