Industrial Experience

Carry out a holistic end-to-end product design, working in all aspects of product development: formulation design to fit to insight, meet benchmarks, sensory, assess product stability, efficacy, formulation interaction with packaging and scale up for manufacturing.

Execute prototype developments for selected formulations. Design of stability testing and monitoring, interfacing with analytical laboratory, execution of basic analytical tests, in line with the global stability protocol. Use various characterization techniques to test stability.

Prepare scale up products for testing manufacturing of our products and prepare documents for transfer to manufacturing partner.

Ensuring compliance to internal Almora Botanica protocols while developing product solutions with respect to commitment to safety, environment, claim support, specification management etc.

Write formulation and process specifications and independently support the Technology Roll-out to the Sourcing Units, by implement processes at Almora Botanica and third party manufacturing facilities.

Work closely with other functions (Marketing, Designs teams) to develop the product and communication claims and claim support, ensuring strong consumer relevance and engagement.

Contributes to patents and papers as per the need of the work/research.

Liaise with external service providers (Micro challenge tests, Analytical testing, In-Vitro test and clinical) to complete these activities and document them as per standard best practices.

Worked on effluent quality parameters discharged from residential, commercial and industrial areas into sewers in various divisions of Delhi Jal Board, New Delhi.

Worked on project of Techno-economic assessment of wastewater management for existing disposal system vis-a-vis advanced treatment system for recycle/reuse at Tata Motors, Pimpri, Pune.

Installing Blow heat recovery and improve its efficiency. Responsible for monitoring and controlling the production process.

Optimize the cooking operation for re-blow reduction and to reduce Kappa number variation. To control shift operation independently.
