I build robots that learn from people and adapt to them.
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the University of Virginia, where I work as a graduate research assistant in the Collaborative Robotics Lab advised by Prof. Tariq Iqbal.
My research lies at the intersection of Human-Robot Interaction and Robot Learning. A core challenge in human-centered robotics is that robots often struggle to remain effective when human input, task goals, environments, and user needs change over time. My work develops multimodal robot learning and interaction methods for human-centered robotic systems that enable robots to learn from people through diverse forms of input, adapt to changing tasks and environments, and personalize their interactions in complex collaborative settings.
