Whether your goals range from beginner to advanced, with 12 years experience teaching at a higher education level including designing several units of study from scratch, Mauja can put together a program of study to help you get there.
Develop an idea of what goals you have, whether that's any of the following:
The basics of the software (Ableton Live);
Learning how to sequence sounds;
Drum programming;
Synthesis;
Sampling;
Layering sounds;
Other methods of sound design;
Recording vocals;
How various effects work;
Using compression and EQ;
Going from a 16 bar loop to a full track, effective arrangement strategies;
How to conceptualise your mix, and approaches to get there;
Increasing your listening resolution;
How to plan a promotional campaign;
Anything else as needed;
Then, find some reference tracks.
Finally lodge an enquiry to receive a proposal for a custom set of lessons including resources and activities to complete outside of the lessons themselves that are designed to help you achieve your goals.

Scratching will require some persistence and dedication to practice in order to develop the muscle memory needed, akin to learning an instrument. With lessons and practice, you'll be able to make visible progress.

How a DJ controller or CDJs work;
How to beatmatch;
How to blend songs using EQ;
The difference between modern equipment and mixing using vinyl records;
Preparing tracks in RekordBox, industry standard DJ software;
What goes into a good set; and
Contingencies, stage presence, other tips and tricks.
