Kello Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the SHADOW mobile application (“App”).

SHADOW provides real-time communication analysis and coaching using AI-powered processing.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use the App.

By using SHADOW, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Microphone Audio (With User Permission)

When you activate live analysis features, SHADOW accesses your device microphone only during active sessions.

Audio is:

• Processed in real time
• Used solely for generating communication insights
• Not permanently stored by Kello Solutions
• Not recorded or saved as audio files

SHADOW does not store raw audio recordings on its servers.

Microphone access is optional and can be disabled in device settings at any time.

AI Speech Processing and Third-Party Services

SHADOW provides communication analysis features that require temporary processing of user speech.

When ShadowMode is enabled, the application accesses the device microphone during active sessions with the user’s permission.

During this process:

• Voice audio captured from the device microphone may be transmitted securely via encrypted connection
• Audio is sent to a third-party artificial intelligence service, Google Gemini API, for real-time speech analysis
• The AI service processes the audio to detect communication patterns such as filler words, tone confidence, speaking pace, and clarity
• The service returns analytical results that are used to generate session feedback inside the app

Kello Solutions does not record or permanently store raw audio recordings from sessions.

Audio data is processed temporarily for the sole purpose of generating communication insights and is discarded after processing.

Kello Solutions requires that third-party services used for processing user data maintain security and privacy protections consistent with applicable data protection standards.

2.2 AI Processing via Gemini API

SHADOW uses third-party AI services, including the Gemini API, to analyze speech in real time.

How Audio Processing Works:

1. Audio is captured locally on your device during an active session.

2. Audio data is transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection.

3. The audio stream is temporarily processed by the Gemini API to generate structured analysis results such as:
   • Filler word detection
   • Confidence scoring
   • Clarity flags
   • Speaking pace metrics
   • Communication scoring

4. The API returns processed analytical data.

5. Raw audio is discarded after processing.

Important:

• SHADOW does not store raw audio recordings.
• Audio is not stored on SHADOW servers.
• Audio is not sold, shared, or distributed.
• Audio is not used by Kello Solutions to train AI models.
• Audio is processed only for real-time analysis purposes.

Processing is limited strictly to providing session feedback.

2.3 Session Performance Data

We may store structured analysis results including:

• Communication scores
• Confidence metrics
• Filler word counts
• Clarity flags
• Session duration
• Progress history

This data enables users to track improvement over time.

No raw audio is retained.

2.4 Account Information

If you create an account, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Subscription status
• Device information
• Usage analytics

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide real-time communication analysis
• Generate session summaries
• Track improvement over time
• Improve app performance
