Key features:Â
Shooting System - The player can shoot enemies with a press of a button, when enemies die they drop a coin.
Economic System - The player can collect dropped coins and get money, later letting the player purchasing powers
Health Bar System - Both the player and the enemies have a functioning health bar.
Missions System - The doors can identify if the player collected the "Key Item" for the mission, in order to let him pass and open the door.
Powers System - Same as for the shooting system player presses a button activate a power BUT only if he purchased it. The system won't let the player activate power unless he bought it.
Fully functioning buttons for easy navigation
Hint button that is not too obvious to display the game's goal.
Keybinds menu to show new players how to play.
Fully working settings page with adjustable video settings
Key features:
Working Buttons - "Try Again", "Main Page" and "Quit" button that work as intended letting the player continue stop his game session or quit the game.
Ragdoll System - When the player reaches 0 hp from enemies attacks, he goes to ragdoll mode for a few 1-2 seconds and then the "Game Over" screen comes up.
That was my first time developing a game in Unreal Engine 5, i learned a lot from this experience, developed skills, and dealt with challenges.
Overall a really fun and challenging experience.
