My Research Interest
I was born in a small town in Basti district, Uttar Pradesh, India and have an agricultural background, which is my family's only source of survivorship. However, my family always had a big dream for me that I have to achieve, and I keep myself motivated by taking the tough journey of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam as my source of motivation.
Just like agri-products that are not a result of seeds or a single process. So the disease too, and I believe in multi-targeted drug designing that can choke complete disease-related pathways. I published a few research articles showing how a single drug is binding and affects multiple targets together.
Technology transforms everything, and Artificial intelligence is taking the world to the next level, so I believe that AI-based predictive modelling and molecular enumeration (Developing a tool) can help to design a novel drug with minimal side effects against multiple identified (34) targets of lung cancer.
These are the main area where I am going to work in future-
AI-based predictive modelling (See Publication)
Multitargeted drug designing (See Publications)
Molecular Enumeration (See Patents)
Molecular Modelling and MD Simulations (See Publications)
Cancer Genomics (NGS Data Analysis)
Molecular enumeration can generate 1 lakh novel compounds from 1 drug by keeping a better filters while AI-based predictive modelling has better potential to identify drug candidates than traditional computations. These methods also have enough potential to take the world out of drug resistnace and my whole PhD is going to hypothesize, model, code the complete stuff to provide the world a better solutions.
Why PhD?
PhD Title: AI-based Predictive Modelling and Molecular Enumeration against Lung Cancer
PhD is not a degree; It is an award that is provided to you after your successful learning and research.
Although there are many reasons why I am into the PhD journey, a few are-
I am a beginner in research, and to learn it properly to conduct my own, I needed to get on this journey.
After so many identified pathways, protein targets and mutated genes, Why the Lung Cancer cure is not available?
How can multitargeted drugs be designed?
How AI-based predicting modelling can be used in drug designing.
Can Molecular enumeration be a powerful concept that I can implement to develop a novel drug candidate?
How can AI solve the Multi-drug resistance problem that causes a $1 trillion loss to the world, and by 2050 it can go up to $100-200 trillion.
How successful are in-silico and in-vitro validation while taking it to in-vivo or in clinical research?
