Enjoy an evening of dinner, dancing, silent and live auction, games and fun with your SFA parish and school communities.
About the Auction
WHO: Families (adults) of the SFA School, Parish, Community, or extensions there-of
WHAT: For those new to Auction, in other lingo, it is considered a Fundraising Gala. Proceeds from the Auction are used to directly offset our school's operational costs and help keep our tuition rates low.
WHERE: The Garaventa Center – Carondelet High School
WHEN: Saturday 3/2/2024 @ 5pm
WHY: To bring the Families and Community together, have fun and to raise money for our school. The St. Francis of Assisi auction is our school's largest fundraiser.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW FOR THE 2024 AUCTION
Class Projects
Class Project Chair: Room parent
Volunteers Needed: Class project team lead and optional volunteers. Parent volunteer for this job receive 15 service hours for the 2022-2023 school year.
Deadlines: Please designate Project Lead for your class by September 15th. Contact sfafalconsauction@gmail.com with your coordinators. Completed projects due by March 1, 2023.
Information about themed class baskets for Auction:
Every year, each class makes a class project to auction off during the live auction. A class project can be whatever your Class Project Team decides. Fun projects include: picnic tables, artwork, woodwork, fountains, planter boxes, hanging bars, chicken coop, playhouse, doghouse, benches, lemonade stands, whiskey bars, fire pits, pottery etc. The sky Is the limit when you determine your class talents and resources!
Class Project coordinator is responsible for the following:
Creating the concept and completing the Class Project.
Each class has a budget of $100 (to be reimbursed after receipt submission) for materials and supplies. Any funds spent over that amount are considered a donation.
Assembled project with description/photo/value to be ready for photographing by March 1, 2023.
