All products are sold as-is and are true to advertisement. Demos are usually readily available.

Please be mindful that demos are unscripted on purpose and incomplete, simply to let you get an idea of fit or quality.

Purchased items will have full inclusion of everything displayed on the advertisement and be copy/modify.

IF A DEMO IS AVAILABLE, ALWAYS TRY IT FIRST! 

We are sorry but we will not refund an item you bought and don’t like because you didn’t try the demo first.

For all issues, server glitches, SL mishaps or need any assistance, please go to the main store and message Ravensvault Resident or go to our discord and submit a ticket. Your request should be answered within the next 24 hours.

Items made in collaboration with any other store will be listed either on their store or mine. Updates will be considered between collaborators and if decied upon, an update will be scheduled. Please keep in mind updates take time and require necessary kits.

If you need help, you either need to contact their CSR or you may create a ticket with us but depending on the issue you will be either helped, redirected to their CSR or to our FAQ.

Personal use texture edits are fine, you do not need my permission. Some items may include textures or you are welcome to ask.

Edits and rips made to my products for commercial use/resale or use outside of Second Life is strictly prohibited and legal action will ensue should this be discovered.

Exceptions are only for products with dev/applier kits and an included EULI.
