In regards to collaborations, we cannot help with purchases or issues related to items I do not personally control the sale for. Depending on the item or the specific issue, my team will either try to help or redirect you to the proper CSR. Please make sure you read the purchase information on MP or check the store brand/creator in advance.


About events

All invitations to events MUST be sent to Revna Macabre in-world.


I need an item redelivered:

Redeliveries can be found on the unpacker HUDs and in the store to the left of the front desk. I have redelivery for both Allomancy and Caspervend and are marked on the unpacker HUD by their logos.

If it is a MP purchase search Seydr or Revna Macabre (formerly Yukio Ida) in "My Account" > "Order History". If all else fails then please go to our discord and create a support ticket. Provide all proof and explain your issue with as much detail as possible in your ticket, as it assists us in quickly getting the issue resolved.

For relay for life items, you will need to create a ticket with our store bot and provide proof of purchase.


Are you looking for a Spokesperson/Model/Blogger?

For the current time bloggers and models positions are closed.


Are you available for comissions?

No. I do not take commission work.


Do you take requests?

No, per se. While we appreciate any kind of inspiration, take into account that IP copyright exists and I will not recreate something exactly even if I do love the concept. Posting/sharing also never guarantees I will eventually make the thing.


Would you like to join malls/venues?

Are you interested in sponsoring a venue?

You can send all your information to Revna Macabre in-world, but understand sending an invite does not guarantee I will sponsor it. If there is a time where I feel inclined to sponsor a particular venue I will reach out.


Do you have giftcards available?

We do not have giftcards available for purchase.


I am wearing the applier but nothing is happening, what do I do?

Check to make sure the body is up to date.

For Materials, check under graphics (ctrl+p) > advanced that advanced lighting model and ambient occlusion are on. A lot of my skins are BOM and I use appliers exclusively for the materials on bodies.


Will there be an update for XXXXX product to new/different bodies? Will it be made available again?

For older items and previous collabs, no. Please do not ask. All questions will go unanswered or pointed back to this FAQ.

For new items, only a few selected ones may be considered. If you would like to keep updated join the Seydr in-world group or the discord.


Missing/Old Items

At times, I prune stock for various reasons. I understand it may be frustrating or disappointing to have missed out on a previous release or limited item, but sometimes for reasons an item may need to be discontinued. 

If something is not available in the MP, or inworld, then it has been discontinued, likely for a good reason. I will not be honoring request to sell exclusively out of inventory.
