# Terms of Use — Sew Assistant

Welcome to Sew Assistant.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sew Assistant mobile application (the "App"), operated by Roman Karankevych, registered in Poland ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Sew Assistant is a professional management tool designed for tailors, dressmakers, and sewing professionals. The App allows users to:
- Manage clients and customer profiles
- Store body measurements and templates
- Track sewing orders and deadlines
- Organize materials and suppliers
- Manage patterns and project data

## 3. Account Registration
To use Sew Assistant, you must create an account using:
- **Email and password**
- **Google Sign-In**
- **Apple Sign-In**
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

## 4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of Sew Assistant require a paid subscription.
### 4.1 Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed through:
- **Apple App Store** (iOS)
- **Google Play Store** (Android)
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
### 4.2 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your:
- Apple App Store account settings
- Google Play account settings
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your full payment details.
### 4.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

## 5. User Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the data you store in the App, including:
- Client information
- Body measurements
- Uploaded images
- Project details
You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

## 6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use secure cloud infrastructure (including Firebase services provided by Google) to store and process data. All data transmission is encrypted.
