When contacting support regarding a technical issue, please include the following information to help us resolve it faster:
The device you are using (e.g., iPhone 14, iPad Pro)
iOS or Android version
Sew Assistant App Version (can be found in the Profile section)
A brief description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
Q: How do I sync my data across multiple devices?
A: Data synchronization is automatic. Simply ensure you are logged into the Sew Assistant app on all your devices using the exact same account credentials (e.g., the same Google or Apple Sign-In).
Q: Can I use Sew Assistant without an internet connection?
A: Yes. The app stores a local cache of your data on your device, allowing you to view and edit information offline. Any changes made offline will automatically sync to the cloud the next time your device connects to the internet.
Q: How do I permanently delete my account and all my business data?
A: You can delete your account directly within the app. Navigate to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and select "Delete Account".
Important: This action is irreversible. It will permanently erase all your clients, orders, patterns, materials, and associated photos from our servers

If the app crashes or something isn't working as expected, please email us at sew.assistant.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Bug Report".
Note on Crashlytics: As mentioned in our Privacy Policy, the app automatically sends anonymous crash reports if something goes wrong. However, directly emailing us with details about what you were doing right before the crash helps us fix the issue much faster.
