By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the mobile application Settle (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer, Yassine Hammouti.
Settle is a mobile application designed to help users calculate end-of-service compensation and analyze labor rights. The App allows users to:
Simulate severance pay for various termination types (layoffs, mutual agreements, resignations).
View simplified legal analysis powered by AI.
Generate and export professional PDF reports. Some features are available only through a paid subscription called Settle Premium.
Settle is an information and simulation tool only.
Informational Purpose: All calculations and AI-generated analyses are for indicative purposes only.
No Professional Relationship: Use of this App does not create an attorney-client relationship. Settle is not a law firm and does not provide official legal advice.
User Responsibility: You are strictly advised to consult a qualified lawyer or labor law expert before taking any legal action or signing any termination agreement. The developer is not responsible for any decisions made based on the App's results.
4.1 Subscription Plans: Settle Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual). Pricing varies by region.
4.2 Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. All transactions are processed exclusively by Apple.
4.3 Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.4 Management: Manage or cancel your subscription via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4.5 Refunds: Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
All data created within the App (salaries, profile, reports) belongs exclusively to you and is stored locally on your device. Settle does not access, store, or transmit your personal identity data outside your device, except for anonymous calculation data sent to OpenAI for analysis.
All rights, title, and interest in the App (name “Settle”, logos, design, source code) are the exclusive property of Yassine Hammouti. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settle disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yassine Hammouti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or financial loss, arising out of your use of the App.
These Terms incorporate by reference Apple’s Standard EULA. In case of conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA shall prevail. You may review it here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
