Camera Ready , Contributed Talk, & Poster Instructions

Camera Ready Instructions (Deadline: November 22, 2019 AoE)

If you would like a PDF of your paper posted on our workshop website, please submit an updated camera ready non-anonymous paper to OpenReview. We will collect these PDFs and post them on the Sets & Partitions site. Please change the NeurIPS template to list: “Sets & Partitions Workshop at 33rd Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS 2019).” You may update the PDF as many times as you like. We ask that you submit this camera ready by November 22, 2019. If you do not want a PDF of your paper posted on your workshop website, please do not submitted a camera ready.

Contributed Talk Information

For those giving a contributed talk, we ask that you prepare a 12 minute talk about your work. 3 additional minutes will be given for questions and discussions. We expect that speakers will use their own laptop. We ask that speakers also prepare a poster for the workshop. Talks will be recorded by NeurIPS (please let us know ahead of time if you do not want your talk recorded).

Poster Presentation Information

All accepted papers should be presented as a poster in the workshop. Per guidelines of all NeurIPS workshops, posters are taped to the wall. Posters should be on light weight paper, not laminated. NeurIPS will provide the tape. Please ask your presenters to make their posters no larger than 36W x 48H inches or 90 x 122 cm. That is portrait mode. Please refer to https://www.sets.parts/poster-sessions to determine which poster session your work appears in.
