I ordered Crackilton and Crackilton:One more time... Since they arrived I've a challenge to actually put it down, it's a page turner that's for sure! I read Crackilton in a few hours in my arm chair... I plan to read the sequel tonight

I Found the book gritty, raw and comical.

It's pretty well written and now I will go purchase Carny Stories and Squeegee kid.

Have recently heard some clips from the audio book. It piqued my interest as a person in recovery, who also has an affinity for writing. I asked for all five books and got such a good deal. I just finished Crackilton and Squeegee Kid.  His writing is honest.  Really brings to light a part of reality people don't want to talk about.   Love that it's based on his experiences.   Doesn't hold back on any details....including the TMI moments...lol.  This is what makes it so real.  Thank you for being brave and putting a face to something that many  can relate to.
