By using the Service Manager Pro application (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and any disclaimers included within the app or related materials. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app.
The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time.
Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and ensuring continued compliance. Updates may be communicated via the app or official site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
The use or inability to use the application
Loss of data or hardware failure
Inaccurate input or vehicle-related configuration errors
Use of the app is at your own risk and intended for informational and operational support only.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violations of these terms.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
Tampering with app behavior
Unauthorized reverse engineering or modification
Sharing or misusing license keys (Android only)
Attempting to bypass subscription requirements (iOS only)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region where the app is distributed. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
iOS (Apple)
Premium access is offered through an auto-renewable subscription.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.
You may cancel at any time via App Store settings.
We do not access or store your payment data.
Android (Google)
Premium access is unlocked using a license key tied to your email.
License keys are non-transferable and must not be shared.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.
iOS:
You can permanently delete your account and personal data directly in the app via the Delete My Account option in Settings.
Android:
To request account deletion, please email us at elec.en.de@gmail.com. We will process the request within 5 business days.
