Service Manager Pro (“the app”, “we”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the Service Manager Pro mobile application.
By using our app, you agree to the collection, use, and protection of your personal information as described in this policy.
We collect information required to authenticate users based on the sign-in method selected:
Email and Password:
We collect your email address and securely store an encrypted version of your password to authenticate your account.
Google Sign-In:
We collect your name and email address via Google to identify you and manage your license.
Sign in with Apple (iOS only):
We collect your name and either your email address or a private relay email address (if you choose to hide it). We also use a non-identifiable, Apple-assigned user ID (UID) to manage your subscription status.
Android:
Your email (from Google or manual sign-in) is used to validate your license with our secure backend server. This grants access to premium features based on your license key.
iOS:
License validation is handled using Apple’s StoreKit system. We do not use your email or UID for license validation. Apple securely manages your subscription and provides us only with your entitlement status.
We may collect limited, non-personal technical data such as:
Device model
Operating system version
Network connectivity status
This information is used for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and compatibility with external vehicle systems. It is not linked to any personal identity.
We use collected information solely for:
Authentication: Verifying your identity and logging you into the app.
License or Subscription Validation: Unlocking access to paid features.
Diagnostics and App Improvement: Debugging errors and improving performance.
Customer Support: Responding to issues or requests initiated by you.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, profiling, or sharing with third parties.
The iOS version offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium functionality. Payment is handled by Apple through your iTunes account. We do not access or store any payment information.
Apple provides us with your subscription status and an anonymous transaction identifier, which is used to enable premium access in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription in your App Store account settings.
If you choose to sign in with Apple:
You may choose to share or hide your email. If hidden, we receive a private relay address (e.g., random@privaterelay.appleid.com).
We use this address solely for login and do not use it for any other purpose.
Apple also provides us with a unique, anonymous user ID (UID), which we use for account identification.
We respect all Apple privacy standards and do not use your Apple credentials for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

You have the right to:
Access, update, or correct your personal data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Inquire about the data we collect and how it’s used
iOS:
You may delete your account directly from within the app using the “Delete My Account” option in the Settings screen. This action is irreversible and will remove all associated personal and license data.
Android:
Please contact us at elec.en.de@gmail.com to request account deletion. We will process your request within 5 business days.
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
Secure encrypted storage of passwords
Restricted access to backend systems
Use of anonymized identifiers wherever possible
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
