Service Manager Pro is an application designed for vehicle service management. It helps users manage and reset various services using 's a BMW compatible Wi-Fi adapter or Ethernet cable connection.
To establish a connection between your iOS/Android device and the vehicle, you can use either a Wi-Fi adapter or a Ethernet cable. Follow these steps to connect:
Navigate to the 'Main' page.
Press the 'Search' button to establish the connection with the vehicle.
The app will display the vehicle information or inform you if the connection failed.
It will also display the network adapter (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) used by the Android device. in case using the Ethernet adapter, always enable the internet Tethering from ethernet and turn off the wifi and CarPlay
To retrieve your license and use the full features of the app, you need to sign in, to sign in the android device need to be connected to the internet:
On the 'Main' page, press the 'Sign In' button.
After successfully signing in, your license information will be retrieved.
To sign out, press the 'Sign Out' button.
The 'Service' page is used to log and write service information to the vehicle's head unit. Follow these steps:
You can add multiple services (e.g., engine oil, brake pads, filters) under the same date.
Once a date is entered, press the 'Save' button to save the services.
The services are saved as files in the system of your Android device.
These service files are sorted by date for easy retrieval.
On the 'Management' page, you can manage all service files created on the Android device:
Press the 'Update Files' button to see all saved service files.
From the drop-down list, select a file to either delete or write it to the vehicle’s head unit.
You can also restart the vehicle’s head unit or erase the existing service history saved in the head unit by pressing the 'Restart' or 'Erase' buttons.
After selecting a file, press 'Write' to send it to the head unit. A progress bar will appear to show the sending progress.
The 'CBS Management' page allows monitoring and resetting the Condition Based Service (CBS) requirements registered in the vehicle system. The CBS system tracks services such as engine oil, brake pads, brake fluid, and vehicle check status.
Press the 'Read CBS' button to monitor the status of each service as a percentage (0% to 100%).
The app also tracks the number of times each service has been performed.
To reset a service, first read its status. If a reset is possible, the reset button beside each

The vehicle’s time and date must be correctly set to perform any service resets successfully.
