Welcome to the ELRP Staff Handbook! This guide is designed to provide you with all the essential information you need to thrive as a staff member on East London Roleplay Community. Here, we aim to build a fun, immersive, and safe environment for our players, and you play a crucial role in maintaining that atmosphere.
As part of the ERLC team, your responsibilities include upholding our rules, guiding players through their roleplay experiences, and ensuring that everyone has a positive, respectful time on the server. Whether you’re assisting with in-game issues, handling reports, or promoting fair gameplay, your contributions are key to the success and growth of our community.
This handbook will cover everything from our server rules, staff duties, and common protocols, to how we handle player interactions and conflicts. It is your responsibility to read through this document thoroughly and refer back to it whenever needed.
