This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sergio’s Creations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of our website, services, and the purchase of custom wood and laser-engraved products.
By providing designs, logos, or text for laser engraving, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions. Sergio’s Creations reserves the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem offensive or that violates intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are normal and are not considered defects. Laser engraving depth and color may also vary based on the density of the wood.
All designs created by Sergio’s Creations, including custom plaque layouts and digital mockups, remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergio’s Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in question.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-engraved items:
Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error made by us.
Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the damage.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
