Comments on the instructor’s teaching overall
Prof. Jo's teaching is excellent and super engaging. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps giving students more time to complete quizes at the begginning of class and spreading out chapters more evenly throughout the semester. Other than that, I think this course was taught excellently by Prof. Jo.

I learned a lot from this course about the economy
We got a lot of information to learn in this class.
I learned economic basics that allows me to understand global and local issues with a nuanced lens and form questions of my own as well as have the skills to comprehend research.
Because I am taking this course for my own understanding of the economy+business/ my own enrichment of financial literacy, I made sure to understand content in a way that applies to real life. Homework always helped me maximize my understanding, and I think group work would have helped as well.
I now feel confident in my foundation of economics!
Due to how clearly information was communicated, I feel I learned a lot through this course which will provide me with helpful skills to come as I enter the workforce.
Since it's an introductory course, many of the concepts were those I had already been exposed to. However, there were some new things, and I felt those were communicated well.

A great and interesting introduction to economics
This was my first economics course, so I wasn't sure what higher-level work in the subject would look like, but Professor Jo encouraged us to attend research talks by her and other faculty. Those talks sparked a new interest in economics research, and I was pleased that I could understand them partly.
I plan on taking higher level Econ classes next semester and potentially later in college.

Comments on the workload and requirements of this course
I think everything that was required to complete as assignments for this course were great! I loved reading the book so I never had a problem with the kind of homework the only thing was that I think sometimes it was very unrealistic to read whole chapters before classes (and be prepared to take 1 minute quizes at the beginning of class)
Taught me time management and really just was a great class.
It was a good amount of workload, not too much and not too little
Solid workload.
Very reasonable!
Work Load was appropriate for a first year class.
