I'm very pleased to share some materials I think informative and assistive in doing research.
One of useful books for basic theories written by Roman Vershinin, which is publicly available!
This book received the 2019 PROSE Award for Mathematics (link).
Another very useful book written by Martin J. Wainwright. Not freely accessible, but I bet this is absolutely worth buying.
It includes core concepts essential for investigating statistical theories.
Flexible Imputation of Missing Data
Written by Stef van Buuren, who is the originator of the MICE algorithm and mice R package.
A great guidebook for researchers interested in multiple imputation.
Written by Søren Højsgaard, David Edwards, Steffen Lauritzen.
"This book attempts to give the reader a gentle introduction to graphical modeling using R and the main features of some of these packages."
Our lab studied this book during the summer of 2025. Slides and videos are available upon request.
Visualization of data is so much important!
A bulk of graphs are listed.

Workshops held at Simons Institute, UC Berkeley.
Videos of all talks from the greatest minds are available.
I found this helpful for me: Robust and High-Dimensional Statistics Workshop
Veronika, a personal website of Dr. Veronika.
She has written many postings about stories behind her (tough) academic life (e.g. PhD, tenure-track applications).
I've found an idea of "a shadow CV" or "CV of failures" here, which shows not only one's successes (e.g. publications) but also failures (e.g. rejections).
