Me at The Lin Family Mansion and Garden in Taipei, Taiwan
(Dec. 2019)
I'm an Assistant Professor in School of Mathematics, Statistics and Data Science at Sungshin Women's University.
I received my Ph.D in Statistics at Seoul National University in 2020, advised by Johan Lim and B.S in Statistics at the same university in 2013.
My interest comes down to general multivariate data analysis including, but not limited to, the followings.
Statistical analysis for dependent data
High-dimensional covariance/precision matrix estimation
Graphical models
High-dimensional statistics
High-dimensional missing data
Recently, I am more excited to develop statistical methods motivated from biological real data.
Multiple instance learning
Bayesian modeling for solving biological problems
Multiple rank aggregation
Multi-task/transfer learning
