Every workplace requires teamwork in some way, in some cases the collaboration between members must be closer and therefore greater cohesion is required, in other cases the relationship occurs indirectly and should be strengthened rather communication strategies and leadership. Maintain a clear organization: when a team fails to establish a series of clear rules or work in a disorderly way, the members are demotivated and the desire to work together is lost, therefore to a better organization, better performance. It is always important to define what the roles are, what corresponds to each one and in some cases, what are the consequences of not respecting these rules or failing to full fill the assigned tasks.
