Sentinel Resilience Solutions

Sentinel Resilience Solutions is a national consulting and training organization dedicated to strengthening the quality, accessibility, and cultural competence of behavioral health care for first responders, veterans, and their families.

Founded by Bill Mazur and Joe Collins, Sentinel bridges the longstanding gap between public safety culture and behavioral health systems by delivering evidence-informed training, strategic consulting, and operational guidance to agencies and treatment providers.

When appropriate, Sentinel may facilitate introductions and strategic dialogue between solution providers and public safety organizations to support responsible innovation and meaningful partnerships that benefit the responder community.

Sentinel Resilience Solutions is a registered vendor with the State of New Jersey and regularly provides resilience, leadership, and mental readiness training for public safety professionals.

• Subject Matter Expert for the Department of Justice and International Association of Chiefs of Police

Sentinel Resilience Solutions has also partnered with Verizon Frontline to deliver a series of national one-day leadership and wellness training events known as the Sentinel Summit, Powered by Verizon.

These summits provide public safety leaders and frontline personnel with practical, evidence-informed strategies for strengthening operational resilience, leadership effectiveness, and mental readiness within their agencies.

Nationally, over the course of the last 6 months, Sentinel has delivered training across the country including Nevada, Hawaii, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, New Jersey, Florida and North Carolina for various public safety agencies and the FBI National Academy Associates.
