Sam Jones has been a four-year starter for Eagle Hill. He set the tone for our defense with constant and consistent hustle, keeping the players close to him in the correct position, and communicating with his teammates. On offense, the disc more often than not ran through Sam’s hands. He understood the offensive strategy and had the throws and knowledge to run the game plan. On the sideline, his calm demeanor helped balance the team, and most importantly, Sam’s knowledge of, belief in, and adherence to the Spirit of the Game made him a role model for his teammates and also as a representative for our team. It was a sincere privilege to have Sam on the team for such a wonderful duration.

Noah is a phenomenal athlete who I had the pleasure of coaching the last two years. Noah is a solid leader who leads through his actions on the field. He is constantly committing to becoming the best all around athlete he can which translates over to Ultimate. Noah has seen tremendous growth over the last year and he is only a freshman in high school. I believe Noah deserves this nomination due to his character, passion for competing, and drive to win and make those around him better.
