Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Semestra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Semestra helps you organize semesters, courses, lessons, schedules, and quizzes.

Some features use third-party AI services to generate lesson notes and quizzes upon your request.

Semestra may send push notifications to deliver reminders such as schedules, class preparation, and deadlines.

Your Account

• Provide accurate information.

• Keep credentials confidential.

• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

• Do not interfere with the service.

• Avoid submitting sensitive personal data to AI features.

Content Rights

You retain rights to content you create.

You grant Semestra a limited license to host and process content to operate and improve the service.

AI-Generated Content

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be treated as suggestions.

Semestra is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a subscription. Pricing is displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions are processed through your app store provider. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account after your 4-day free trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play Store Account Settings (Android). For additional payment terms, see Apple's Terms of Service or Google Play's Terms of Service, as applicable.

Termination

You may stop using Semestra at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers

Semestra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Semestra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update the app or these Terms and will provide notice when required.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Semestra is organized.
