We welcome a wide range of submissions, in the form of 2-page extended abstracts, relating to how abstract semantics of physical spaces can be mined, learned, or utilized in the context of user interaction. Example topics of interest include (but not limited to)
grounding abstract prior knowledge towards assistance
explaining robot's reasoning/actions
predictive modeling of the human/environment
user intent recognition based on prior observations
comprehending user instructions in household tasks
preference modeling to condition assistive tasks
Submission deadline is January 31 February 28, and acceptance notifications will be sent out on a rolling basis about 1-2 weeks after submission. Submissions should be 2 pages long, excluding references, showcasing new research with preliminary results, or previously published work that is relevant to the topic. Review process will be single blind. Submissions must use the IEEE conference format. Templates are available for MS word and latex. If using Overleaf, this link can be used directly.
