Established in 1979, the Selma Unified Teachers Association (SUTA) represents more than 305 educators, librarians, mental health clinicians, social workers, etc. SUTA exists to protect and promote the well-being of its members and to improve the conditions of teaching and learning in the city of Selma. We negotiate on behalf of our members' salaries, benefits, and working conditions as a collective bargaining agent for our members.
