Conditions Of Use
As a condition of your use of the Website, you warrant to SUTA that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. Effective Date of Policy
The effective Date of this Privacy Policy is January 11, 2023. This User Agreement may be updated as industry practices change and develop. SUTA invites you to check back here or contact us at any time to obtain updates.
This User Agreement shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and SUTA that arises in whole or in part from the Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in California. This User Agreement, together with any other legal notices published by SUTA on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and SUTA concerning the Website and supersedes prior agreements, if any, between you and SUTA relating to any matter dealt with in the User Agreement. If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this User Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and SUTA’s failure to assert any right or provision under this User Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This User Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by SUTA without restriction. This User Agreement and the rights and obligations created hereunder shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefits of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, and nothing in this User Agreement, express or implied, is intended or should be construed to confer upon any other person any right, remedy or claim under or by virtue of this User Agreement. You and SUTA agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
