Sellzy (“we,” “our”) places great importance on user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (“PDPA”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application (“App”).

By using the Sellzy App, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

• Account Information: Full name, email, phone number, password

• Profile Details: Username, profile picture, location (if permitted)

• Item Details: Product descriptions, images, prices

• Payment Information: Limited payment details necessary for transactions through third-party providers (we do not store credit card numbers)

• Communications: Messages between users, questions or feedback sent to our team
  
  

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, device identifiers

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, access times, patterns of app usage

• Location Data: If you grant permission, we may collect GPS data to display relevant nearby listings

2. Purposes of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your user account

• To provide buying and selling services and facilitate user communication

• To improve your experience within the Sellzy App

• To analyze usage trends and enhance system quality

• To prevent fraud and monitor violations of the Terms of Use

• To send news, notifications, or special offers (with your prior consent where required by law)

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose your data to:

• Other users to facilitate transactions (e.g., contact details for arranging meetups)

• Relevant third-party service providers such as payment processors, cloud services, or analytics tools

• Government agencies or officials as required by law

• In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or transfers of business

We will never sell your personal data to any external party.

4. Your Rights under the PDPA

You have the following legal rights:

• The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data

• The right to correct or update your data

• The right to request deletion or destruction of your data when it is no longer necessary

• The right to withdraw consent (for data processed on the basis of consent)

• The right to request suspension of processing or to object to processing in certain cases

• The right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee

You can exercise these rights by contacting us as specified in Section 10.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined and may retain it further if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or improper disclosure.

7. Children’s Data

The Sellzy App is not intended for children under 13 years old (or under 20 if not legally of age under Thai law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. International Data Transfers

Where necessary, your data may be transferred to countries that may not provide the same level of personal data protection as Thailand. We will implement appropriate safeguards before transferring your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated through the App or other appropriate channels.

แอปพลิเคชัน Sellzy (“เรา”, “ของเรา”) ให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งาน และมุ่งมั่นในการปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (“พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” หรือ “PDPA”) นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้อธิบายถึงวิธีการที่เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และปกป้องข้อมูลของคุณเมื่อคุณใช้แอปพลิเคชันของเรา (“แอป”)

โดยการใช้แอป Sellzy ถือว่าคุณยินยอมให้เราดำเนินการกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณตามนโยบายนี้

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

1.1 ข้อมูลที่คุณให้กับเราโดยสมัครใจ

• ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้: ชื่อ-นามสกุล, อีเมล, หมายเลขโทรศัพท์, รหัสผ่าน

• ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์: ชื่อผู้ใช้งาน, รูปโปรไฟล์, พิกัดตำแหน่ง (หากอนุญาต)

• ข้อมูลสินค้า: รายละเอียดสินค้า รูปภาพ ราคา

• ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน: ข้อมูลบางส่วนที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำธุรกรรมผ่านผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (เราไม่เก็บหมายเลขบัตรเครดิต)

• ข้อมูลการสื่อสาร: ข้อความระหว่างผู้ใช้, คำถามหรือข้อเสนอแนะถึงทีมงาน
  
  

1.2 ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ

• ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์: รุ่นอุปกรณ์, ระบบปฏิบัติการ, หมายเลขระบุอุปกรณ์

• ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: หน้าที่ใช้งาน, เวลาการเข้าใช้งาน, ลักษณะการใช้งานแอป

• ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง: หากคุณอนุญาตให้เข้าถึง เราอาจเก็บตำแหน่ง GPS เพื่อแสดงรายการสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องใกล้พื้นที่คุณ

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

เราจะใช้ข้อมูลของคุณตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้:

• เพื่อสร้างและจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งานของคุณ

• เพื่อให้บริการซื้อ-ขายสินค้าและการติดต่อระหว่างผู้ใช้

• เพื่อปรับปรุงประสบการณ์การใช้งานในแอป Sellzy

• เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการใช้งานและปรับปรุงคุณภาพระบบ

• เพื่อป้องกันการทุจริตและตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

• เพื่อส่งข่าวสาร การแจ้งเตือน หรือข้อเสนอพิเศษ (โดยต้องได้รับความยินยอมล่วงหน้า หากจำเป็นตามกฎหมาย)

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของคุณให้แก่:

• ผู้ใช้งานรายอื่นเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการซื้อ-ขาย (เช่น ข้อมูลติดต่อในการนัดหมาย)

• ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน ระบบคลาวด์ หรือบริการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

• หน่วยงานราชการ หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย

• กรณีควบรวมกิจการ หรือการโอนกิจการ

เรา จะไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกโดยเด็ดขาด

4. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลตามกฎหมาย PDPA

คุณมีสิทธิตามกฎหมาย ได้แก่:

• สิทธิขอเข้าถึงและรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ

• สิทธิขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องหรือเป็นปัจจุบัน

• สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล เมื่อไม่มีเหตุผลในการประมวลผลอีกต่อไป

• สิทธิถอนความยินยอม (สำหรับข้อมูลที่เราใช้บนพื้นฐานความยินยอม)

• สิทธิขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูลหรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลในบางกรณี

• สิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

คุณสามารถใช้สิทธิของคุณได้โดยติดต่อเราตามข้อมูลในข้อ 10

5. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราจะเก็บข้อมูลของคุณเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ และอาจเก็บไว้ต่อไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดหรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

6. ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เราใช้มาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางเทคนิคและองค์กรอย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณจากการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต การสูญหาย หรือการถูกเปิดเผยโดยมิชอบ

7. ข้อมูลของเด็ก

แอป Sellzy ไม่ได้มีไว้สำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี (หรือ 20 ปี หากยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายไทย) และเราไม่มีเจตนาจะเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยรู้เท่าทัน

8. การโอนข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ

หากจำเป็น ข้อมูลของคุณอาจถูกโอนออกไปยังประเทศที่ไม่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเทียบเท่าประเทศไทย เราจะดำเนินการตามมาตรการที่เหมาะสมก่อนทำการโอนข้อมูล

9. การปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบผ่านแอปหรือช่องทางอื่นที่เหมาะสม
