### Creating a Habit
1. **Navigate to Habits Tab**
- Tap the "Habits" icon in bottom navigation
2. **Add New Habit**
- Tap the "+" button (usually top-right)
- Fill in habit details:
- **Name**: What habit are you building? (e.g., "Morning Exercise")
- **Icon**: Choose an icon to represent your habit
- **Color**: Select a color for visual identification
- **Frequency**: Daily, Weekly, or Custom
- **Reminder Time**: Set notification time (optional)
3. **Save Your Habit**
- Tap "Save" or "Create"
- Your habit appears in the habits list
### Tracking Completion
**Mark as Complete:**
- Tap the checkbox next to a habit
- The habit turns green/completed for today
- Your streak counter increases
**Undo Completion:**
- Tap the checkbox again to unmark
- Useful if marked by mistake
**View History:**
- Tap on a habit to see detailed history
- View completion calendar

### Editing Habits
1. Tap on any habit in the list

### Deleting Habits
1. Long-press on a habit, OR
