Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the SelfBizz iOS application ("the App", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Description of the App

SelfBizz is an invoicing and business analytics app designed to help users manage their billing activities directly from their mobile device. The app allows for data input, local storage, and customizable business logic to display insights and analytics. No user data is uploaded or synced with any remote server.

2. Local Data and Offline Use

All data entered in the SelfBizz app is stored locally on the user's device. The app does not transmit or sync data to any cloud server or third-party service. It is the user's responsibility to back up or export their data if required.

3.  iCloud Sync and Restore (🔄 New Feature)

SelfBizz now offers iCloud Sync and Restore to help users back up and recover their data across devices

• Data is synced using Apple’s secure iCloud framework.

• Users must be signed in to iCloud and have iCloud Drive enabled.

• The app does not access or transmit data to any non-Apple servers.

• iCloud usage is optional and must be enabled manually in the app settings.

💳 Billing & Auto-Renewal Policy:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of the purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be identified.

• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to your App Store Account Settingsafter purchase.

• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

🔐 Payment Information:

• All payments are securely processed through Apple’s payment system.

• We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Data Customization and Algorithms

SelfBizz provides dynamic content and analytics by processing the data users enter into the app. Algorithms operate locally to show relevant suggestions, summaries, and insights based on user activity.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining your device and ensuring the app is used in accordance with local laws.

• You must not misuse the app, reverse-engineer its functionality, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the app.

7. Intellectual Property

The SelfBizz app, its logo, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Ankur Vekariya. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the app without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you are found violating these terms or abusing the app's functionality.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected in the app, and continued use signifies acceptance of those changes.
